You're dead right about cohesion: the six sites overlap more than they differentiate, and honestly our own analysis lands in the same place — five of them share the same underlying kit and only the engine is genuinely distinct, so to a buyer they read as one message told six ways.
The plan to coalesce into one solid flow: the engine already does the real work today — the live site audit, the network portfolio, the shareable per-site reports, and it's been run across 245 of my domains with a balanced test baseline. So the cleanest path is to make that engine the backend and put your cleaner front door on top of it — one product, your UI plus my engine, rather than build the engine twice.
No rush at all — enjoy the 4th, cook for the family, knock out the tax docs. I'll get back on track in the morning and start collapsing the duplication into one clean funnel. Whenever your side is live and you send access, we'll merge everything and tighten the flow together.
